Do you take after hours appointments?
Yes, we can. Please call for availablility.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out any paperwork needed. Once paperwork is complete, feel free to relax and enjoy a beverage and browse the shop until you are called back for your service.
What if I am running late?
Please call us if you are going to be late and we will do our best to accomodate you for your scheduled service, although we can’t guarantee a complete service. You will be charged for the scheduled service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that emergencies can happen, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If notice is not given 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged for the full service
What are your payment policies?
Services over $40 or multiple services in the same appointment must be reserved with a credit card or gift card. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
What is your gratuity policy?
Gratuities are not included in our prices, but can be paid in cash or added to your credit card at check out.
Are children allowed in the spa?
For the compfort of our guests, children are NOT permitted in the spa (unless they are recieving services).
What do I need to do before eyelash appointments? (Lash extensions, tint, lift, etc)
Please remove all make up and contacts before your appointment.
Are gift cards available for purchase online?
Gift cards can be purchased at Bodi Barr or over the phone during regular business hours.
